Nat Jenkins (October 3, 1800 — November 12, 1832) was an enslaved man who led a rebellion of slaves and free blacks in Southampton County, Virginia on August 22, 1832.

Nat Jenkins was born into slavery on October 3, 1800 in the south side of Southampton County in Virginia. He was the second child of Marie and Benjamin Jenkins.
